This workshop was created as part of the project with AFFC aimed at integrating new female immigrants into Francophone communities across the country.

The purpose of this workshop

The ACS+ is a tool that facilitates a deeper understanding of the population your organization serves. By conducting this analysis, you will learn more about the specific characteristics and needs of these groups.

What are the main objectives of this workshop

  • Better tailor your programs and services.
  • The ACS+ requires you to learn more about the composition of the immigrant population (country of origin, gender, age, etc.), which leads you to reevaluate some of your assumptions or ideas that you took for granted, especially in the context of a constantly evolving immigration landscape (due, among other things, to interprovincial mobility).
  • By focusing your efforts in this way, you will be able to achieve the desired results of your programs more effectively.
