Learning Disabilities, Turning Differences into Strengths
Did you know that one in ten people lives with a learning disability? It’s never a question of intelligence, but rather a different way of processing information. Whether you’re an adult or a child, we’re here to help you turn these challenges into strengths and build your own success.
A unique opportunity
to discover
Learning disabilities (such as dyslexia, aphasia, or dyscalculia) are invisible and lifelong. They have nothing to do with intelligence or a lack of effort, but simply result from a unique way in which the brain processes information. At Pluri-elles, we believe that every difference holds the potential for exceptional strength.
For adults: promoting neurodiversity
Many adults have gone their entire lives without realizing they are neurodivergent. We help you put your challenges into words so you can better showcase your talents.
Identify your strengths
Neurodivergent individuals often excel in the areas where the future of work lies: creativity, lateral thinking, and complex problem-solving.
Practical support & tools
We’ll help you find coping strategies and technological tools (screen-reading software and spell-checkers) that make it easier for you to be productive every day.
Thinking “outside the box”
Thanks to your broad perspective and keen intuition, you have a unique ability to identify creative solutions that others overlook.
Employer awareness
We work with Manitoba businesses to recognize your loyalty and resilience, turning your uniqueness into a true competitive advantage.
